I had a fantastic time in the neat and comfortable queen room with air conditioning, and the extra amenities like an electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware were very convenient.

The service was excellent, I had 3 lovely nights here. The room was romantic and extremely pleasant with balloons and coffee plus a bath as expected.- The food was fab.- The location was central, close to shops, bars, the river and tourist attractions.

This place was spotless, beautifully designed, and the breakfast options were delicious and top-notch with comfortable four-poster beds to choose from.

The queen room was functional and had a lovely 4 poster bed. The room had plenty of facilities including an iPod docking station and a dining table. The B&B had a very central location, only a 15-minute walk from the train station. It was also a short walk to the Herschel Museum of Astronomy.

Fairly clean hotel, enjoyed to be just off local shops, pubs, restaurants and the central tourist attractions and city centre thanks to unbeatable and handy location. We had the queen room which was airy with four poster bed.

These are observations rather than advantages/disadvantages... There are 4 parking spaces which are fine for access/egress until the last space is taken as it then blocks 2 of the other spaces. There is however a [pay-and-display] public car park immediately behind The Bath House so you have a choice. Walking into the main centre (roman baths, thermae baths, etc...) takes about 10 mins at a reasonable pace and crosses main roads about 3 times along the route. Room 5 was warm and comfy with a four-poster bed but was perhaps a little cramped, hence the slight mark-down on value-for-money.

The spot here is awesome, super close to everything fun, even the beautiful gardens. Plus, we got to chill by this cool lake just a short 25-minute stroll away from this venue.

I recently stayed at The Bath House Boutique B&B for a short weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Royal Crescent and a quick walk to the city center and Roman Baths. The room was excellent, equipped with everything I needed for my stay. I loved the in-room breakfast, a nice touch to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for money. Parking on site was convenient. a very nice stay.
Would recommend this hotel.
